Are your products handmade?
Yes, all of the products are handmade.
Is it possible for the color of my face oil differ from the product photo?
In short, yes! Our recipe utilizes top-grade cold-pressed oils; the base oils' colors can differ slightly. That with the added pigments (for Radiant) can cause the face oil to have either a golden undertone or more of a purple- red undertone. We restock from the same suppliers but have found some tones of color change the final look of the product depending on the batch. We have spoken to our suppliers and are working to have a more uniform product soon!
Is the color change dangerous for my skin?
No. The raw ingredients themselves are the same. It is possible due to human error that more pigment is added to a batch than others, resulting in the final product looking slightly different every time. This does not mean it affects the performance of the product and it remains safe for topical application.
What are your hours of operation?
Bithiah's business hours are from 9:00 am-6:00 pm (EST) Monday through Friday.
How long do the face oils last once opened?
Following the Care Instructions, we recommend utilizing the product within 12 months of opening.
Do you ship internationally?
While we do not currently provide international shipping, this does not rule out the possibility in the future.
Are your products natural?
According to the FDA, there is no regulated term for 'natural' in the United States. However, Bithiah's strives to use ethically sourced, high-quality ingredients/ oils in their most natural state.
The 'Pure' oil is sourced from 100% vegan, organic, and cold-pressed suppliers.
The 'Radiant' oil uses ethically sourced, vegan, and cruelty-free mica powder. Synthetic (skin safe) pigments are in them, so they would not be considered all-natural.
What is the shipping policy?
The turnaround time is typically 1-2 business days. Free shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. (They may arrive early, hooray 🥳) There are additional shipping options for those who would like to receive their products faster. Product tracking will be provided via email upon shipment. Please note that we can not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by national holidays, closures, or inclement weather. Additionally, please ensure that the shipping address information provided at checkout is correct and up to date prior to ordering.
-What happens if I order my products after business hours and it is supposed to ship the next day?
Great question! The best course of action would be to reach out to us via the 'Contact' page located at the bottom of the website. (We can not guarantee an email response after hours) We will do our best to ensure the products are packaged and ready the following morning or your order will be moved to priority the following business day.
- What happens if I order on a Friday within business hours? Will my product ship the next day?
Typically, we do not ship products on the weekends. We need at least 24 hours of turnaround time to fulfill orders. If the customer purchased the 'Next Day' shipping option we will fulfill this request even on the weekends. If the customer uses the 'Free Shipping' or 'Express Shipping' option the products will ship the following business day. If the matter is case-sensitive it is best to reach out to us via email on the 'Contact' tab located at the bottom of the website. We will do our best to respond within 24-48 business hours.
What is the return policy?
As a new business committed to providing quality products, we prioritize upholding the integrity of our items. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the order, you may return the item/s within 14 days of delivery for a full product refund. If you've encountered an error while placing your order, we kindly ask that you contact us promptly, enabling us to cancel the order in a timely fashion.
